The 1st verse is written from the lens of a south African kid repeating the rhetoric of 90s American movies like Menace to society, paid in full and Boys n the hood. The verse is an exploration of the sometimes extreme and sensational lense that we look at ourselves with and are looked at as black boys across the diaspora.

The second verse is a jab at unappologetic self indulgence in the literary devices and braggadocio I enjoy within my artistic practice.
