On the last day of summer, I went to the sea in the morning. Sitting close to the shore, I got a therapeutic effect. The sea heals everything, and firstly relieves stress, helping to overcome depression in this difficult hour.

I've had this rather banal idea since I bought the recorder, and finally I made an hour and a half recording of the sea. Think it's a classic if you're doing field recordings. This album essentially defines all my sound art within this project
