Summer Freestyle (2020)

Born in Delaware, " N.O. the "NlightenedOne" has been introduced to many styles of music since birth. Growing up in a family with a very diverse taste in music, he has grown into a fan of hip-hop, jazz, r&b, pop, and even classical music. All throughout elementary school, he would stand out in class, because of the creative ways he used words and wrote stories. Nore began writing rhymes at the young age of 11. In early 2003, he and good friend Dre started recording freestyles as a way to pass time. These freestyles started off as jokes, and eventually turned into real songs. In August of 2003, the duo put together a mixtape and dubbed themselves Street Star and D-Nasty - "J-Squad". Hundreds of songs later, the two invested in their own studio and started taking music a lot more seriously. In 2005, J-Squad brought in neighborhood friends GK and Prezence and went on to create a major buzz in the state of Delaware. The J-Squad name was in every high school and neighborhood in the area. With the help of their good friend and manager, Alonzo, the group went on to host Power 99's "The Come Up Show" with Cosmik Kev a total of 3 times in 2009. The group also released their first official mixtape "Welcome 2 Hellaware" hosted by the world famous Aphilliates that year. N.O. and the J-Squad are still together and making classic music waiting for their chance to shine. With dozens of collaborations, acheivements and accomplishments under his belt, N.O. is destined to stand out from the crowd. Music is at the forefront of his life and he is working to get the world on board. THE MOVEMENT IS STILL MOVING!!!!
