This song is performed by Upper Tanana Athabascans in Northway, Alaska. It accompanies a dance which, for legal reasons, could not be recorded. This song details the wounding of a crow and its rejuvenation. The dancers dance in a winding spiral, making crow-like gestures and moving their arms like wings. As the spiral winds in towards the wounded crow in the middle, several dancers move in to heal him, and eventually the wounded one rejoins the dance.
