Dirty Epic welcomes aboard Pi Electronics and Modal Analysis label boss @alxp for its twenty-sixth episode of Amplify Series.

3.14 is the project of DJ and producer Alex π, hailing from Athens, Greece. Based in Berlin since 2013. His record labels Pi Electronics and Modal Analysis have played an important role in the development of the experimental techno sound coming out of Greece, through the discography and events of the labels in Berlin and Athens. His sound crosses over techno, breaks and club-oriented music with the aesthetics of the 80s: industrial, noise and sub-genres.

Welcome back to another Transmission broadcasting from the HER 他 Transmission Mix Series, a weekly mix series showcasing amazing artists from around the world. For the 88th edition, we bring you a mix from none other than the Berlin-based DJ and Artist, Viscerale. 

Born in Hamburg and based in Berlin since 2011, Viscerale is an artist who found her passion for selecting music at a very young age. Beginning her musical career in classical piano, it was not until 201 when her first electronic music mixtapes began to appear, which saw her soon performing in clubs and venues across Europe including a 1-year residency at Ved Siden Af in Copenhagen and frequent appearances in Paris, London and clubs like Berghain and Säule. 

Driven by strong emotions and influenced genres from techno to trance to hardcore and all stops in between. Her mixes take the listener on a journey, one with high energy and many playful twists and surprises along the way, finding her comfort zone anywhere north of 140 BPM.

We want to again thank Viscerale for putting together this special Holiday/Christmas mix for our series and wish everyone out there a very happy, safe and positive holiday period.

As the sun and warmth returns after winter, bringing with it only bright and saturated colors, so do we.

We were gone for a long time, there were reasons for this, but now we are with you again.

Drums and synthesizers also arrived with us, the whole band gathered for a full-fledged one-hour concert, but it is not a music band. We are talking about a conductor, maestro, with Czech roots, but his soul from cold Scandinavia - INTT.

Co-founder of PERSONA and Amphibian Label from Prague, now delivering his methodically prepared live set combining fast paced hard hitting grooves with intricate melodies and harmonisations creating intensely expressive techno experience.

ANMUT 015: INTT live set

Catartsis is an artist based in Paris. With a background in sound engineering, he discovered concrete music through his studies, which greatly influenced his work. 

This led him to explore the practice of field recording, which is now the foundation of his creative method. 

Catartsis confronts the sounds offered by our industrial and natural environment in his organic productions. His search for unique rhythms and textures allows him to create atypical sound pieces that blend genres, borrowing from the English electronic scene, early 2000 and current techno, as well as the new French industrial techno scene. 

He tries to integrate these trends into his DJ sets, bringing a wide range of sound to dancers and listeners. He co-directs the independent label ygam with Ōtone.

A skilled selector and proficient mixer with a wide musical pallete, he generally operates at the crossroads of techno, electro and bass music. Over the past few years he has been building a reputation as a wild card in many of Slovenia's best clubs and lineups, always keeping his audience on their toes and delivering fresh and unexpected twists and turns within his sets. He released his latest EP titled The Relentless Struggle of Gravity in November 2022 on the legendary London-based label Singularity Recordings.
