If you look up the word ‘Arabicana’ you find a music genre and its inventors; NO blues. Even after ten years the band that combines Oriental roots music and American folk blues bridges the gap between east and west and changes the Nile and the Mississippi in one meandering musical delta. 

The best of ten years NO blues contains the highlights of a full decade of the unique blend of music called Arabicana. This limited edition vinyl records was released world wide on Record Store Day 2016 and is for sale in the record store or at shows.

this is one of the themes i have composed for " Roundtrip " , a film by  the Syrian director  Meyar Al-Roumi.
this piece was recorded between Beirut and Fraizer Park California .
I recorded Buzuk , guitalele , kalimba and melodica 
Miles Jay recorded Lyra , accordeon , contrebass and percussions.
This version is different from the one in the movie. I hope u ll have the chance to see it at the Dubai film festival , if it wins a prize it will hopefully be screened in some theatres around the world. ( finger crossed )
