My name is Kristina Flores also known as Kne. A gender nonconforming artist/activist from Sacramento, CA. I grew up an awkward, overweight, mixed kid, more comfortable in my dreams than in the physical world. I never was much for having tons of friends but I’ve always had one or two close hommies who I’ve created secret worlds with. And even when there has only been myself, there has always been a quite corner somewhere alive with plants that welcomed my secrets.

Today, I am in pursuit of creating something meaningful through music, drawing, and writing. These things have continuously stayed my refuge and I want to use them to shed light on the many deadly contradictions that shape our society and the people who struggle every day.

I hope, through my existence and my creative works, to be a constant form of positive rebellion. An example to myself that there is another way to live and maintain. At the very least I hope I leave beautiful memories along the way.
