I was awake until 5 in the morning the other night due to some pretty bad feelings of anxiety and just general sadness, so I wrote this song/lullaby to help myself and others (hopefully) remember that it is okay to cry and be a mess at 3:28AM, but it is also okay to let go and just fall asleep if you can.
