Our third mix is quite a fitting one on the same day we release our website and start selling tickets for our opening night. 

Mr CAPZ is someone who has supported me loads, which has led to me now setting up [no_data_found]. He's such a versatile DJ but there is no doubt in my mind he covers his jungle/DNB selections with the most glory! So I'm chuffed he's put this one together for us.

Mr CAPZ featured alongside Command Strange for @kompasaudio live recently as well as him regularly putting out mixes for his own SoundCloud.

I listened to this one last week when it was first sent through and it put me in a great mood for the weekend!

As our mix series progresses towards [NDF]'s opening night on May 9th, we asked BEKIMACHINE to put a mix together for us. I've played on the same lineup as Beki a few times now and her selections, vibe and energy behind the decks always creates a bouncy dance floor!

Liftoff - Emergency Eye Wash

For the sixth edition of our mix series we asked XSPEC to get involved. XSPEC is a London based DJ with his own project Space To Move, as well as playing alongside some top selectors for Bloop London Radio. I've had the pleasure of sharing decks with XSPEC for Altered a couple of times, his mixing style is effortless and precise, with his sets always taking you on a journey.

This particular set explores electronica, breaks and techno, personally it is one of my favourite listens this year.

Here's some words from the man himself:

'With my mixing I try to create something that sounds beautiful whilst making it impossible not to have a right ole boogie. Weaving some leftfield electronica and sax into techno, bass and breaks seemed like a reasonable way of getting this done 😊 My favourite moments are always the unexpected ones, especially a jazzy number from Joe Goddard/Alabaster Deplume in the middle, and a ridiculous breaks remix of Plaid 'Clocks' to close out the mix. Hope you enjoy listening as much as i did recording it'

EEW - Melodiq, July 5th

We are on to mix seven of our series which has been running since late last year. Every mix we have had so far has brought something different and the creativity within this mix is also that. George NB is a DJ/producer based in London but with links to Birmingham through the project he co-owns 'Ascension'. He's been in the scene for a number of years and producing for five. You'll find Ascension on here, and I think they're definitely worth some of your time and a follow. We love the vibe of Ascension rightly so, their branding is certainly something we can get on board with, but the vibe at their nights is also on point, different to the norm and has clear vision.

This particular mix build through the BPMs with a focus on techno, electro and everything in between. Expect some atmospheric and deeper sounds and a few moments which really sparkle and engage you deeply within the music. Personally loved this set and we're chuffed George was happy to send this one across!
