‘Do Better’ is a track about self realisation, after many mistakes and failed relationships, I have accepted the idea that maybe I don’t deserve love. Perhaps I will always end up hurting someone and that whoever my new love may be, they could and should, do better.

'Cake Day' is the debut EP from Melbourne born Samoan creative Noa.D. 

The EP is a collection of tracks that highlight Noa.D's place in the world, both physically and mentally, currently being an expat living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Struggling with being away from his loved ones, Noa.D finds solace in the friendships he has made abroad, with the genuine support from his peers driving him further with his creativity. 'Cake Day' is a reflection on Noa.D's years gone by, feelings of 'Growth' and new found self love (Feelin' Myself) have brought out the best in him to date. Touching on subjects close to him such as his struggles with cultural identity, his relationship problems and lack of self confidence, the project explores all aspects and dynamics of Noa.D, giving you a closer look into his life and his psyche. 

All in all, 'Cake Day' will leave you feeling happy, vibey, nostalgic and as if you can relate to Noa.D and his experiences on a deeper level, or, at the very least, leave you in a good mood, nodding along to the catchy vibes of each track.
