The track can be used well with movement or breathing exercises. 

The pace at 6.75 seconds approximates the Resonance Frequency in adult humans. During Resonance Breathing the heart produces high levels of variation mediated by the Ventral Vagal Complex. 

Creating synchronous oscillations in cardiorespiratory physiological systems invloves tonification of the Vagal system. Vagal Nuclei in the brain stem connect with the Social Engagement Neural Platform. This network has been shown to produce improved focus and emotional regulation in higher centres. 

In a nutshell:
Synchronous alpha waves for calm focus.
Oxytocin production to relax into love and play.
Task Positive network engagement for flow
