Our DJ duo "Les Bouviers" played a well sorted vinyl Dj set in disco and house style, with sunny and overall positive moods.
The twins were born and raised in Franconia (Bavaria). After they have been seperated in different cities (Mannheim and Berlin) for three years, they finally reunited in Dresden 2018 to start/continue their studies. Fortunately, although being apart, their sound developed - you would have guessed it - almost similar and harmonized from the first session on. They soon decided back to back most of the time.
One of our founders met Jan (on the right) for the first time at university.
Very quickly it turned out that he also shares a great passion for vinyl. Jan told us that he has a brother with the same interests and two months and many DJ sessions later we decided to ask Jan and his brother Nicolas if they wanted to join the NOAR crew.

Italian-born, Prague-based DJ Ester is sort of young blood to the local scene. Her enthusiasm for electronic music brought her to play her first gig in 2018, since then she brings us a long, dark, escalating journey through her sets mainly inspired by the sounds of EBM, industrial, darkwave, and post-punk. 
But there are no borders in her music selection, you can also hear her play dark-ambient and oriental stuff that fill the gaps of silence in her life on a daily basis.

As the turntables spin, he tries to create a harmonious blend of old-school charm and cutting-edge tracks.

He can often be found with his twin brother behind the turntables. Les Bouviers love to balance between genres. From disco to breakbeat, from house to italo. Everything may happen, as long as it makes the bodies move and the faces grin.

jon bouvier started his musical journey as a DJ in Berlin but developed his sound in Dresden. For over 5 years the Dresdener by choice has been actively involved in the electronic music scene - whether at illegal raves, independent festivals, in clubs or as co-founder and resident of @fragmenteddigital
