Amsterdam’s Easttown joins the roster of Cécille Records this April with his four-track
‘Chaos’ EP.

Dutch producer and DJ Easttown debuted in 2018 and has since gone on to release his
modern interpretation of a classic house sound via the likes of the powerhouse ElRow
Music, Franky Rizardo’s LTF Records, Folamour’s House Of Love and Amsterdam’s NEED
Music among others.Here, Easttown’s latest collection of works comes via Nick Curly and
Marc Scholl’s long running Cécille Records and sees the imprint continue to shine a light
on the rising talents of the Dutch capital, following on from EP’s by D.Stone and Rooléh.
Leading the EP is title-track ‘Chaos’, laid out across six minutes with a rolling drum
groove, swelling sub bass, an amalgamation of choppy vocal cuts and swirling filtered

synths lines. ‘Passion’follows and retains a similarly loop led aesthetic via a snaking low-
end drive and crisp drums, intertwined with ever unfurling sweeping atmospherics and

intricate synth effects.
Opening the flip-side is ‘Athletic’, veering into more disco infused House territory via a
funk tinged bass groove, orgnanic percussion, jazzy keys, cinematic strings and resonant
synth licks. ‘Circles’ then concludes the EP, laying down crunchy drums and bouncy
plucked bass notes with heavily delayed resonant stabs a hazy underlying atmospheric
tension.

Berlin native and Inkal founder, Ben Rau delivers two brand new mixes of the Roy Ayers classic 'Holiday'.
Titled after his record label 'Inkal', Ben's first pass of 'Holiday' makes use of the original's distinctive piano motifs over a bouncy and urgent big-room house groove; surely destined to become a summer essential for house DJs all over the globe.
Taking its name from his brand new imprint, the 'Meta' mix goes deeper, with afro-tinged percussion and rolling, techno-inspired drums leading the way toward an original organ solo over warm bass and hypnotic chords.
Recorded in the late 70's, unearthed by BBE and issued on the second volume of unreleased Virgin Ubiquity recordings, 'Holiday' is a languid, sun-drenched jazz- funk classic; vintage Roy Ayers. The track was previously reworked in 2005 by Kenny Dope and DJ Spinna to global acclaim.

A key member of FUSE since its inception ten years ago, London-based DJ and producer Seb Zito has remained at the heart of the city’s scene featuring as a core resident for the brand across their homes of Village Underground, 93 Feet East and beyond, whilst also serving as the A&R of sister imprint Infuse. 

'10AM Fuse’ takes cues from its title as snaking bass patterns go to work alongside sharp drum licks to reveal a cut primed for some huge early morning moments.

Toman delivers a three track EP, consisting of his signature stripped backed production, fused with his dynamic bubbling housey basslines, over his high quality complex percussive edge. ‘Feel For You’ kicks things off with an energetic feel and is a more upfront track, while ‘Guarulhos’ tones things down with a floaty, deeper feel. Finishing the EP off, Toman swings things back round with ‘Turbulencia’; a skippy, cutting groover.
