9 - Finding the right nursing program for you (go birds)

In this episode, I talk about ways to get through the shift when you're pulled from your unit and asked to help on another. Especially as a newer nurse, this can be stressful and overwhelming and I offer tips to improve communication and how to ensure you feel safe taking care of these patients if you are unfamiliar with the population.
