NobidadeTV’s objective is to inform the community and promote Cape Verdean language and culture through artistic expression, music, art, poetry, history, and “cultural pluralism”.

NobidadeTV is a catalyst for promotion of Cape Verdean artists from around the world and works for the upliftment of arts and humanities.
