Oneless

The Decline Of Heavy Industry is an electroacoustic/documentary piece exploring the experiences of growing up in active pit villages of Stirlingshire and surrounding areas. Combining interviews, archived recordings, field recordings and other materials, the piece examines the effects of  colliery closures and strikes on these villages and towns, and in turn how this has affected the people’s relationship to their hometown.
