Yes, I believe. 

Vhyce made me. I admit I had my doubts bout God and Christ, heaven, miracles, resurrection and all that. But then my favorite Belgian sent through these tracks. Now I see the light, Vhyce is reborn and shines brighter than ever. 

Not saying that the music he put out before this heartbreaker of an EP isn’t dope, but all the tracks on ‚Fade’ are just divine. Reaching out to 90s house but looking into the future of that exact genre, he creates soulful dirty filthy hi hat and bassdriven music that opens hearts, forces smiles and moves bodies both vertical and horizontal. All 5 original productions do in fact play the rules and they should.

Stronger than ever.

After so many years in so many clubs with so many relevant tracks under the belt. After Defected, Poker Flat, Phantasy Sound. After recent collaborations with Rosin Murphy and Joe Goddard (Hot Chip) we are more than happy that Hamburgs very own Boris Dlugosch returns with something even ‚Stronger‘. This doesn’t just sound like … or … It’s a ‚Wall of Soul‘ in it’s own right.

The Monte (Jeudi Records) remix is a 10 minute anthem you wanna hear at Panorama Bar. It could easily be the original 80s disco funk song, which then has been remixed by Boris Dlugosch. But it’s the other way around. This is 2014 and it’s the Monte remix.

Superlover (Mother Recordings) drops a dubby bassline on top of an elegant house groove. He knows how to get the ladies moving. 

I did mention that I’m ‚In Love‘ with this release, did I? Hearing is believing.

here he is, the two and only 'Loverboy'. Nothing is better than this EP. Nothing is better than this team. Nothing is badder than LSD. Nothing from nothing is nothing. That's what Moston & Malente thought when they where looking back on two years of unreleasement. 

Well Lars Moston put out tons of stuff in these two years, on great labels like Suara, Katermukke, Indiana Tones and many more. Malente just grew older and fatter trying his luck with staying unemployed and being untalented. It didn't work out for him. So they got back together for a great release named 'Near Me / So Naive' on Well Done! Music which just dropped. And while they were in the studio they couldn't help but produce three more potential Beatport #1 tracks. You can find them all of these on this EP. So don’t call us greedy. 

I know after all the lies in the first 2 chapters you might not believe another word I’m writing. But don't be a fool. This is hits. 'Loverboy' is as hot and raunchy, as punchy and crunchy as it gets. 'Outside' should give each of this years’ summer festivals a proper Grace Jones moment or at least leave a smell of weed everywhere you hear it. Whereas ’Shake It Down’ is just an irresistible Chicago Bassline tune you must jack 2 jack to.

Malente is proud to present No Brainer Records first album release 'No Brainer Nuggets Vol.1', a collection of the label's biggest tunes, most underestimated b-sides, greatest remixes and an outlook as to what's to come with six exclusive new tracks.

Them Jeans from LA debuts on the label with his mind-blowing 'Vowel Play', a deep grooving bass track with some hypnotic impact. Mysterious PL€A$UR€ sound like they've been injected with an overdose of music everyday since they were born. Now they try to channel their countless ideas and distillate them into tracks named after birds like 'Albatross'. 

Another newbie on the label is D.A.M.B. who gives us some rhythmical 'Advice' here, so listen up. Colonel Error shows us what 'Kingston House' is about. You can't help but move to this deep house headbanger. Also new on our roster is Mendoza from Hamburg. He sounds as if he's in the UK with one foot already. I've never played a floor that didn't embrace 'Blush'.

'Sophie, it's over I love Rubix'

Right after the success of 'That Rhythm', his debut release on No Brainer Records in 2011, Rubix ventured into acid dripping techno on a collaboration with fellow dutchman Bart B More. 

Don't be fooled though. His new EP 'Sophie' might sound a bit ruff, but it's as joyful as a slap in the face by a sensitive, beautiful young lady. The title track leads the way. Sweetest disco-soul meets old school house. A love song not only for one lady, but for all of them. Droppable for every DJ with a fraction of heart left in their bodies and 100% listenable even at home. Unreal for dance music I know. 

Gritty house beats fused with soulful elements in a way that sounds much better then this cliché would have you believe. Probably even better then this whole info sheet so why don't you skip the rest and just put on the tune. We got a top notch video coming too!

Still reading? Well 'It's Over' is bittersweet as ruff luv. The trackname might sound frightening for a second track, but don't worry we've got one more. 'I Love' is a love letter in two words and heart-rending music. This whole EP is so good, it's brutal. Infecting all dancefloors. Emotional overflow. 'Enter the Danger Zone'

Invitation comes courtesy of Malente & Breakfastklub. An intense piece of sonic excitement and an undeniable hit record. One foot in in the rave, half an arm in house, reminiscent of all that was good about electro (R.I.P) and happy like a clown on 'E'. This is a hit.

A.N.D.Y (Discotexas) likes it F.U.N.K.Y. It smells like spring here and you can hear the sunlight. Good vibes all over this remix. 

Donovans (Turbo Recordings) take on the 'Danger Zone' sounds like pure love, like the butterflies in your stomach when you dance barefoot at some hippie-rave. 

The Sneekers (GND Records) definition is slightly different, but none the less captivating. They get their war drums out and start jamming. This just sounds so dangerous that you almost wanna cry for help.

To complete the package Malente delivers a love letter to all those listening in form of a Chicago influenced rump shaker. You probably won't hear that he loves Prince, but the track name 'I 1 U 2 Love' might give you a hint. A tune to guide you out of the danger zone.

Invitation comes courtesy of Malente & Breakfastklub. An intense piece of sonic excitement and an undeniable hit record. One foot in in the rave, half an arm in house, reminiscent of all that was good about electro (R.I.P) and happy like a clown on 'E'. This is a hit.

A.N.D.Y (Discotexas) likes it F.U.N.K.Y. It smells like spring here and you can hear the sunlight. Good vibes all over this remix. 

Donovans (Turbo Recordings) take on the 'Danger Zone' sounds like pure love, like the butterflies in your stomach when you dance barefoot at some hippie-rave. 

The Sneekers (GND Records) definition is slightly different, but none the less captivating. They get their war drums out and start jamming. This just sounds so dangerous that you almost wanna cry for help.

To complete the package Malente delivers a love letter to all those listening in form of a Chicago influenced rump shaker. You probably won't hear that he loves Prince, but the track name 'I 1 U 2 Love' might give you a hint. A tune to guide you out of the danger zone.
