So, it's finally here. Been a couple months, eh? It's been quite rough in the past few months, and it's only getting harder from there so I might as well announce something:

I will properly announce that I will go to a *long* hiatus. Most likely lasting until **July**, given the finals are running in Summer of all seasons. And I really do not wanna fail those, 'cus those finals will basically test all my knowledge from the past 3 years in college, so...

Foreword from Vinpie: "thank you to everyone that has invested in MISFORTUNE in any way, shape, or form whether it be my original track, this rendition, or someone else's. MISFORTUNE was a fun little track i decided to make to honour TS!US when i was just 13, and though i'm a grown 19-year-old whose creative focus has since shifted drastically from UNDERTALE the game and my prime within the UTSC community will forever hold a special place in my mental museum of memories.

MISFORTUNE, almost like UNDERSWAP itself, has grown into something even bigger than my own creation, and for a long time i've considered it to be a song owned by the community rather than myself for just how much its sound has shifted throughout the years as you've all grown and become more sonically ambitious... it's beautiful to see, and though i've had no part of it, i'm happy to have been part of the stepping stones towards growing as artists for all of you who participated in making your own rendition of my song.

Hey guys. It has been quite a while since i have shown some activity on soundcloud. What has it been like.. 2 months? yikes. I apologize for the inactivity. This is by far the largest project I've worked on with min.min, and it couldn't have been possible without your support <3. We attempted to go for a really somber yet passive aggressive take on Dissension, adding lyrics and dramatic depths. It's vastly different from the original song and I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we did!

My birthday isn't the only reason we decided to release this, actually it is something more deeper than that. With this upload of mine, I am officially announcing my hiatus from the Undertale Community. I cant tell as to how long my break will last for, but I genuinely need the time to catch up with friends, family and school. This school year is very crucial to me as I graduate this year and pray that I get accepted in my dream College. I hope you all enjoyed 2024 as much as I did. This was the year I really started getting somewhere with my music and it couldn't have been done without your support. I truly am grateful for every single one of you who take the moment out of your precious time to listen to my songs. It's more than anything I could have ever asked for. Heres what min.min had to say!

"uhhhhh. Ace and I created lyrics for the first half, and then everything past the sax solo was me >:)))) I went super overboard and I'm quite happy with how it turned out!! The art was super sketchy and I like it!! (not saying you love your artwork is a fucking SIN min.)

The idea behind the lyrics was initially the leaderless ending in Undertale, and how sans reacts. "This is what happens when people like me are lazy" etc, which is why it feels more Undertale coded then Swapfell, there just isn't a lot to work with LOL but I think it works!! and I hope you enjoy it!! (Papyrus is singing a lot about sans and the player.)

Vocals used are Miyamai Moca (lead) and Hibiki Koto (extras/harmonies!!)"
