Dutch Newcomer label, LDI Records mark their first release as experimental electro artist T/Error steps up with the incredible Rindler Horizon LP. A project focussed on experimentation and research within electro with releases on the likes of Bass Agenda, Electro Records, Stilleben and many more, now T/Error dives deep into explorations of present and future dystopia, digging the through dark depths of human vs. machine behaviour.

The Rindler Horizon is a hypothetical zone over the light speed, where time and space take on a different meaning than we know. An enigmatic place where any physical exchange of information beyond the line is impossible, all tracks on Rindler Horizon LP are set there.
Brought to life across 7 tracks spanning brooding, introspective and glitchy electro, other-worldly ambient and pacey, anxious sounds, Rindler Horizon soundtracks an extra-terrestrial experience.

In celebration of 303 Day (March 3rd) I put together an Electro mix of some of my favorite tracks that feature the legendary machine's sounds. 

Released in 1981, it had a defining role in the development of contemporary electronic dance music. The "squelchy" sound of the TB-303 was a key part of the 'Acid House' sound. The TB-303 is also commonly used in related dance genres such as Acid Techno and Acid Electro. As with any synthesizer, the TB-303 can be processed with effects units to produce different sounds. The TB-303 is a monophonic synthesizer, which means that it can only play one note at a time; it is monotimbral; it uses a sawtooth and square wave oscillator. The TB-303 is used by DJs and record producers to perform and program basslines, as well as other rhythmic/melodic synthesizer motifs.

Dying stars. ... During a supernova, the star releases very large amounts of energy as well as neutrons, which allows elements heavier than iron, such as uranium and gold, to be produced. In the supernova explosion, all of these elements are expelled out into space. 

'Fragments of Lost Uranium', a deep space vision from Degrader turn into an epic electro breaks travel. It describes a certain moment of his life, really inspired and full of energy, but lost... someway.

Never released in physical format, it precedes his first official album, For You. It is called Loring Park Sessions '77, a series of free recording sessions in the studio of Loring Park (Minneapolis) owned by Owen Husney, Prince's first manager.

Prince on keys and guitar at age 19 (with Andre Cymone on bass and Bobby Z on drums) playing 8 impressive fusion jazz funk tracks at Loring Park rehearsal room in 1977 in Minneapolis.
