“Walmart Superstar” is a spontaneous love story set in one of the most unlikely places ..... the fluorescent-lit aisles of a Southern Walmart. 

This song was born from something real .... a brief but beautiful moment between two guys who finally met after months of online connection. We didn't have much time. We didn’t meet in a candlelit café. We met in a Walmart in the middle of a Southern town on a hot ass day!
I was in cut-offs and a black tee, nervous as hell. He dropped a pin. I got an Uber. And for thirty minutes, everything around us faded. We walked, talked, kissed ...... not caring who stared. That moment reminded me that connection doesn’t have to be perfect or polished. Sometimes it just has to be real.

This song is my way of immortalizing that short, messy, beautiful night — and maybe reminding someone out there that they deserve to be seen too, even if it’s in aisle nine.
