Whether it's under his Maddslinky alias or his chart-infiltrating, darkness-infused Zed Bias moniker, Dave Jones is a force to be reckoned with. This month he launches his long-awaited record label and Biasonic is set to impress.

The first release to come via the label is going to drop on May 10 and it comes from promising young talent Applebottom. The 'Licked/Knock It Like That' EP gets its own release party at Fire on the same day, an event that will kick Biasonic proceedings off properly.

To celebrate, we've got an unreleased Applebottom cut to give away as a free download and this needs to be snapped up instantly.

Haling from London Majesty grew up in the era of Acid, Drum & Bass, and UK Garage, a soundtrack of boundary pushing new music that provided his musical education throughout his formative years.

Today Majesty stands as an ambassador for the resurgence of House & Techno producers emerging from England’s capital, and his early influences can clearly be heard in his deep, dubby take on four-to-the-floor music that he has released on highly regarded imprints including Nurvous, Madtech and Nite Grooves.

“The inspiration for the title track ‘Pump Action’ came when I was out to dinner for my sister’s birthday, a track from the 70's called ‘Is It Love You’re After?’ was playing and I thought that horn would fit perfect on a idea I already had pre planned, and low and behold it suited it perfectly!

Also a master music selector, Lex not only has his own radio show on House FM, but he currently produces B Traits BBC Radio 1 show and Roger Sanchez’ Release Yourself show. Lex has also produced respected radio shows for Heidi, Pete Tong, Gilles Peterson, Judge Jules and more, making him one of today’s leading tastemakers.

Classically trained in violin, drums, piano and guitar, Lex love affair with electronic music began in the 90s where his interested turned to vinyl, pirate radio and DJ’ing at squat raves.
