Our directionless rides around Tainan will forever be etched in my mind, your strong back obscuring a third of my view. This - is the irresistible charm of your passenger seat.

Noel Ng’s debut single 《Passenger Seat》 is meant to be screamed out at the top of your lungs whilst on the backseat of a scooter bike. Written during her first summer in Taiwan, this acoustic-guitar-lead track sets out to capture the carefree spontaneity of youth as she adventures across the country.

吳諾貝首支原創單曲《Passenger Seat》讓你光靠聽的就能感受到在路上奔馳的風。這首歌記錄著吳諾貝在台灣度過的第一個夏天，每一天坐在機車後座，無拘無束地穿梭在大大小小的巷子，映入眼簾的盡是一道又一道珍貴且無價的風景。

Passenger Seat

『Bring Back Christmas Day』is an original Christmas tune that laments about how the magic of the Christmas slowly slips away as you grow older. Soft and mellow - with a tinge of sadness, Noel hopes to share her seasonal melancholy because growing up means that now we the adults have to be the one to create the magic.

The simple arrangement of an acoustic guitar, along with her warm vocals, is meant to evoke the coziness of being wrapped in a warm blanket inyour dimly lit room in the middle of winter, or just a very coldly air conditioned room in Malaysia. 

This song is also the first and only single from her Christmas EP

Bring Back Christmas Day

Noël De Noel, or Noel’s Christmas - in rather broken French, can also be interpreted in Chinese as “Noel 的 Noël”, which means Noel’s Christmas. It’s almost like she’s meant to release a christmas project huh?

The EP aims to evoke the coziness and warmth of the year-end holiday season, where you spend your downtime recuperating from the hectic year, with your loved ones. Filled with a selection of Noel’s personal favorite Christmas music, along with an original Christmas song that laments about how the magic slowly slips away as you grow older. 

Performed by Noel & Her Feathers, the 4 piece band switches around different music genres from Pop-Rock to Surf-Rock, from Folk-Caroling to Dark-Grunge. Bringing you a brand new feeling to these familiar holiday tunes.
