Close your eyes and meditate, feel the way you breathe 
Pay attention to the breath know that that is all you need 
floating thoughts fall if you simply let’em be 
find delight in the quiet; now it’s time for lesson B 
Let the thoughts fall to the bottom of your soul 
Now we understand how clear was the water here before 
See the dust gathered on the bottom of the floor 
The thoughts you couldn’t give up to try and call it yours 
that’s attachment everybody has it 
Even just the thought “man I wish that could’ve happened”
Change will always happen
Don’t mean it didn’t happen  
Now becomes a memory that determines all our habits 
Takes practice to be alone 
breathe alone, be alone.. 
then it Takes practice to be with someone 
breathe with someone, and be with people, again 

(Meditation is a silencing of the mind, and the whole paying attention to your breath thing, really is just a tactic to leave those thoughts alone.. and die on their own)

Empty is the world ain’t nobody big or small 
Everything related, all is one is all 
Just another reason to be kind and true to all 
man this is how you meditate
it’s not just a get away 
it’s opening the eyes to what stays and what melts away 
see the whole galaxy, galaxy is me 
The mind stays serene as I gravitate the streets
there’s no distinction ‘tween ourselves and the others 
All is an illusion we just out here tryna breathe
What are human beings, are we separate from the rest? 
Only say yes if you can live without your breath
Go and look up the definition of Nature 
Oxford fucked up man there’s no separation 
Between what a man does a cow on the pastures 
The waves of the sea and the crows who see danger

(And I think the goal of meditation is to really come to a point of realizing that there's no separation between me, and the world. It's an illusion.)
