This album contains tracks from various artists that were created during this year, from 24.2.23 to 24.2.24. There are also tracks from artists who are now defending our Independence. The collection opens with Maxym Liutcode's track 'Where Are My Dreams' featuring the voice and poetry of poet Maksym Kryvtsov, to whose memory this collection is dedicated. "Where are my dreams" is a word by the poet and machine gunner Maksym Kryvtsov, recorded in a dugout of one of the positions. He died two months before the publication of this collection. This work is an attempt to create a kind of time capsule that will preserve fragments of thoughts and ideas of someone who should be recorded in our cultural code. 

People who had something to say to us but were killed by Russia - this is a story that is more than one hundred years old.

But we have the opportunity to make sure that they remain forever in our memory.

'Embraced and Reassured' is a compilation of field recordings and sound collages. It offers 10 unique sound documents by recordists from around the globe. Recordings of frogs in Eastern Europe sit alongside conversations about riots in a small town in Southern Chile; the sound of a kettle boiling in a home follows recordings of wind making charango strings vibrate in Morocco.

The full compilation will be released on Bandcamp on May 1, 2020. All proceeds from this compilation will be donated to Hackney Foodbank, an organisation helping local people in crisis.
