In the middle of 2017, we decided to start going our separate ways in the world, after what felt like a whirlwind of highs and lows in taking this project out of the ‘hobby’ zone. 

The period after this was incredibly difficult for both of us, but we knew that a life of performing was not in the cards for us at that time. We left to find out what we were really supposed to be doing with our lives. It’s impossible to put into words just how bittersweet it was to give up on something that you worked so hard for, but then realizing the amount of beauty that came from the transition and insight into what became our true calling. 

“The Call” felt like something we would have been geeking out about in 2015 in our cramped little studio in Hollywood, laughing about how insane it was that we were about to play some of the biggest festivals in the world. 

We stopped sharing things, feeling as if it served no purpose, but we know some of you are still out there, and might think about us from time to time.

This is a call to the old us, the memories of the shows, the joyful and melancholy nature of touring, and all of the incredible fans that showed us support and felt inspired by what we were doing.
