"Hondo yaFarawo" (Pharaoh's war), is a popular song among many Zion Apostolic churches in Zimbabwe. It's still unclear which Zion church composed the song but many believe Zion Apostolic Church (Z.A.C. 1923) headed by Bishop F.T.D.J. Masuka composed it. Information has it thatZ.A.C. 1923 founder, David Jeke Masuka introduced Zion retambo in Zimbabwe together with Andreas Shoko a founder of another Zion church.  This has strengthened the belief that (Z.A.C. 1923)members are the ones who compose popular songs such as 'Hondo ya Farawo' and 'Hee Ngirozi Wee'. The song describes the war in the bible between the Israelites and King Pharaoh's army. Just like 'Hee Ngirozi Wee', the singing is accompanied by drum beats (Solomon was the drum beater on this occassion), percussions and trumpets while men and women perform their dances in different single files. 'Hondo yaFarawo' can be sung for more than four hours. This kind of music has spread to different Zion church organisation belonging to different Bishops such as Zion Trinity church headed by Bishop J. Sibanda, Zion Apostolic Church (Andreas Pedzisai Shoko), and other churches whose leadership are Bishops Madekwana, J.J. Shava, Mageza, Sithole, Makamba and many others.

Before the singing of 'Hee Ngirozi Wee', Mudavanhu, a high ranking Priest in the church held a sermon. The sermon was followed by the singing of "Hee Ngirozi Wee" (Angel), recorded in Roy, Masvingo on 7 February 2015 at the birthday celebrations of a church priest, Mr. Samson Nyangwa. One of the talented drum beaters in the church from the Rusosa family (nicknamed Gavhu), was beating the drum during the occassion. "Hee Ngirozi Wee" is a popular song sung by Zion Apostolic churches in Zimbabwe. The song was composed by the Zion Apostolic Church of Bishop Masuka (Bikita, Masvingo), porpularly known as F.T.D.J. Masuka. The singing is accompanied by drum beats, percussions and trumpets while men and women perform their dances in different single files. "Hee Ngirozi Wee" can be sung for more than four hours.
