Noir & Hayze are back with another collaboration after almost 3 years.

As with anthemic 2011 smash ‘Around’, ‘Angel’ sees Noir and Hayze join forces to unique effect, with the pair combining to produce another surefire slice of dance floor gold that sidesteps current trends with confidence.

Like ‘Around’, there is a deep message and meaning that resonates through the vocal and, as with many of Hayze’s songs, it screams the sincere emotion both listeners and ravers alike will relate to.
It builds with sharp percussive inclination before coming alive as deep, rolling bass and glistening synth lines intertwine with an unerring, infectious charm.

Hayze’s vocal sits perfectly amidst the track’s relentless, thudding energy too and adds weight to the series of stunningly worked crescendos that give ‘Angel’ all the anthemic weight required to make a serious impression in the clubs.

“Around” might come as a surprise for many club-heads as Noir usually produces club tracks and is now moving into the “electronic songs” area.
However “Around” makes the perfect transition for Noir as it refletcs some of his trademark club-sounds mixed with the new melodic and more in-depth electronic sound. 

This is the 1st single taken from a full-length album coming in 2012 including some of the world's most talented singer/songwriters.
On “Around” Danish Noir teamed up with Malaysian Haze for this heartfelt piece of music. Following the great success of 'ANGEL' we are now ready with the next Noir single on Noir Music. 

'MY FAULT' features the emotional, soul drenched vocals and lyrics of Berlin based singer HRRSN, that heart wrenchingly reflect the deep regrets and inner conflicts of a failed relationship. Ahead of his highly anticipated self-titled debut album, Noir drops three new interpretations of album cut ‘Glass’, alongside Symbol, a singer songwriter producer from the Maryland/DC indie scene and one half of the Baltimore underground pop group Claire Hux. The package includes a remix from Reset Robot as well as new interpretations from Noir himself, all of which are distinct from the original album.
  
The Raw Club Cut offsets Symbol’s delicate vocal against a powerful, acid-flecked bassline that simmers patiently for the track’s duration, creating a tense tech-house thumper that crescendos beautifully with the addition of haunting strings and clattering snares. Reset Robot heads to darker territory, with a rolling bassline and moody stabs leading the way, while looped refrains of the vocal shimmer in the impending gloom. Tougher still is the Broken Glass Techno Dub. As the name suggests, this is pounding techno of the very highest order, with the distinct melody of the original all but replaced with rubbery, thunderous drums and scything synthetic stabs.

We are proud to announce that renowned Danish DJ & Producer, Noir, is joining the family with the release of ‘Messiah’, a phenomenal 2 track EP featuring J.U.D.G.E.

Melancholy underground dance music at its best, the EP consists of ‘Keep Up’ and ‘Messiah’ both vocalled by upcoming UK artist J.U.D.G.E. who has previously graced cuts by Eagles & Butterflies, Santé and Tube & Berger to great acclaim. 

“Me and J.U.D.G.E. found great chemistry on this release and the 2 tracks were completely different experiences working on as one started by a vocal idea from J.U.D.G.E. and the other started with an instrumental from myself" says Noir of the collaboration. 

Both tracks are brilliant in their own right, with ‘Keep Up’ hitting just a bit more gently and elegantly than the title track, who’s heavier percussion and bassline deliver a more substantial punch.

The efforts of Hayze on Noir Music have been very fruitful so far. Mesmerizing hits like “Around” and “Angel”, were both brought into this world in collaboration with the label’s head honcho Noir. Being no stranger to the label, time has come for a debut solo release by Hayze.

Everyone, sooner or later, experiences a life-changing moment. Some of these moments have a modest impact; other moments change your whole perspective on things. These are the points in life that make a difference. Overthrowing and surviving a life-threatening disease made Haze change his name to Hayze, by advice from his father. Same guy, same heart, same talent, but a different identity ready for the next chapter. Making “Brighter Days” not only his first solo project after his turning point, but an important and meaningful release for many more reasons.

“Brighter Days” comes from a true place in my heart as with all my records. It’s about finding light in the dark times; about hope, having faith in music and realizing the power of dance…

The original mix is deep with a lush synth riff as its main hook, laced over a phat rolling bass line underneath a bed of beats that have little nuances of effects and subtle percussion that come in and out without it feeling repetitive. The vocals are classic Hayze, deep, meaningful and melodic with hints of melancholy.

UK star Huxley shines on remix duties for this one. Taking elements from the original synth riff, he manages to capture a whole different vibe with the record, with strings and pianos complementing an uplifting dramatic breakdown coming straight into a garage style bass line that is vibrant and fresh overall with head nodding beats. It’s one to watch out for.

This brilliant remix was originally done as a secret weapon for Subb-an, Noir and a few close dj-friends to play out and surprise the crowds around the globe.
After handing out private copies to a few selected djs we ended up with enormous support on this remix from:

At DC10's closing party at Ibiza the Subb-an Remix was played no less than 3 times and the crowd was ecstatic each time. And after the YouTube video of Seth Troxler & Jamie Jones playing the track that specific night surfaced we have now ended up with a huge buzz and demand for this track to be released.

Most djs and house-lovers remembers the classic “Lucky Star” from the year 2000.
It was a big commercial hit and carried a wonderful soulful vocal by Ron Carroll.
So when we heard the track was free &amp; on the market after 10 years with EMI we grabbed the chance to do something different with it.
“Luckily” Superfunk and the owners (DJ Center Music Group) was really into the idea of taking the track deeper and building 100% new productions underneath the wonderful vocals and “Luckily” we had some brilliant remixers who were into creating the new music.

Solomun Remix
Everything Solomun touches right now turns to gold and this remix is no exception.
Clever arrangement, fantastic groove and melodies mixed with his immense production techniques make this remix another instant winner.

Hot Since 82 Remix
Hot on the wheels of “Let It Ride” Hot Since 82 strips the whole thing down to the spoken vocals only. Another fantastic clubby groove and atmosphere. A pitched down and darker take on the track that works perfectly as a dub for those who don’t like the vocals that much.

Kolombo Remixes
Where do we begin with this guy. He just keeps shooting out great productions almost like a tireless machine. The Smooth Remix is a delicious downtempo masterpiece using oldschool synths to make it all irresistible and charming. Works perfectly with the soulful vocals. The 303 Dub takes you back to the late 80's with its pitched down and dark vocal snippets and those classic 303 patterns.

Thomas Schumacher is finally back on Noir Music with another outstanding 2- tracker.
Over the years me and Thomas have become great friends as we click on so many levels and share the same taste in dark, melancholic and emotional music. I have been a big fan of Thomas' music for many years and i am still a great supporter of his productions today so obviously i am honored to release his music on my label again.
On these 2 tracks Thomas has recorded 2 authentic and raw tracks with a no holding back, zero bulls*** attitude. You can hear the "no formular" approach on both and i love that. We had an honest and creative back and forth A&R process on both tracks before and after testing them in the clubs and this has given both a unique and fresh techno sound.
This is Thomas Schumacher's natural rhythm.

You might already know Leon from high profile labels such as Cecille, Saved, Supernature and Viva Music and Toky is one of the most exciting talents to come from Italy in recent times with current releases on NM2 and Apparell. Together as “Superhero” they have created something more soulful, electronic and very unique. 

Drugs and Choices took us by surprise from the first listen, grabbed our attention 100% and the track just kept growing. Having been road-tested by Noir over the past couple of months we can now claim we have something special here that makes the crowd take notice, listen, dance and best of all enjoy the substance of the music.

Pirupa's remix is a more straight forward tech house banger. No bull-shit.... just an amazing groove, some nice drops and a heavy stomper for the primetime heads and bigger clubs. 

Its Not For You showcases Superhero from their more soulful side and its perfect for those beautiful moments in the clubs. The oldschool and simple production with the beautiful vocal line on top will drag you in and keep you locked through the entire song.

This was love at first listen for us and from there the track just grew bigger and better.
This release comes with great remixes by Mario Basanov + Balcazar & Sordo.

Mario Basanov is one of our favourite producers and we are honoured to finally add him to the Noir Music roster. Just as you think you heard the perfect track Mario twists and tweaks the music, creates the perfect groove and serves a dish that might even taste better. This remix is so damn well done and a perfect example of why we got nothing but love for Mr. Basanov.

We have been waiting for the perfect track to hand over to the talented Balcazar & Sordo to get them on remix duty for NM2 and boy are we happy with the choice.
