I remastered a reel from wat sounds like a special night on the 2nd fl. of Danceteria . listening back , i was very fortunate to play at a venue that wanted u to play in the moment and do not play the pop shit of the day. also fortunate for the deversity of the clientele (gay , straight , black , white , purple , pink and blue). never had to play "mickey" or acts like paula abdul and the lot. as a very influential man put it , truly was "A supermarket of style".
