Noise Under Silence was a metal band active in 2008-2009. The band was formed by members of the dissolved group Dawn Patrol, in order to explore other musical influences including Tool, Metallica, and Rage Against the Machine while delivering incisive and confrontational lyrics about society. They self-produced an EP called "The Last Man" which was a concept album inspired by Orwell's 1984.
