House Of Pain - Jump Around (Evalution Remix) [FREE DL]

This E.P. is purely for the experiment of creating immersive soundscapes whilst intoxicated to create a different world to escape too, can you dance to this? Probably not, sit back and just experience. Behind the music and performative front of EDM I've wanted to create an E.P. that each song felt like no end and flowed freely into one another to make a progressive feeling to the music. I decided the easiest way to do so was to create 3 tracks within the one project then split once done. To begin every synth sound was designed in a technique called "mudpies" which gives a more modular, chaotic and creative flow to sound design rather then the standard craft each sound specifically. You end up with over 30 minutes of semi random sounds to fine tooth comb through and pick your favourite parts to craft a journey with. I wanted to try focus less on drums and more on filling the space with big delays and reverbs. Ending in a more spacious environment for your mind and ears to wander through. This was purely for my own experimenting, challenge and joy of pushing myself and my art in different ways. Thanks!
