Noiz Kelley is a rapper, singer, producer and songwriter born in Silver Spring, MD raised in South Africa. Ryan “Noiz” Kelley started rapping and performing in his father’s church in Johannesburg at the age of 10. Noiz later moved back to the USA for High School and college. Noiz went on to graduate from Full Sail University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Recording Arts in 2011. Since then, he has been back to South Africa to work with local artists and further his career. Noiz now lives in Washington, D.C and has been making a name for himself in the DMV area.
