Det gik så fint og sluttede så dårligt, 2-1 nederlag til BIF søndag eftermiddag. Der var dog fremskridt at spore og dem zoomer vi ind på, men der er også stadig ting der skal luges ud i. Regnskabet udsendt i sidste uge får også en grundig gennemgang også tager vi til sidst prisstigningerne hos Viaplay under kærlig behandling. Emner er der nok af, lyt med lige her, hvor dagens gæster Mikael Milhøj og Nikolaj Ingemann kværner realiteterne igennem. Vært er Jonatan Folkver, som stadig er uvenner med en række jingles.

What is anger?
Is it a reflex action or a reaction to something and someone we don't like? 
Why do we get angry?
There has to be some reason behind this emotion which not only hurts the person who is angry and also those who are the recipient of it. 
Is it... because of pain, injustice, unfairness or things not happening as we want them to happen?... Isn't that unrealistic... expecting everything to happen as we want it to 🤔

There was a small boy who use to get angry again and again. The wise father wanted his child to learn what a destructive emotion it was. He took the child to the backyard and asked him to hammer one nail every time he got angry.
On the first day the child hammered many nails. As the days passed they became lesser and lesser. One day he did not get angry at all.... as he realised that it was easier to control his anger than hammering nails.
He went to his father and told him that he could control his anger. The father then told him that everytime he was neutral or not affected, he could take out a nail.
In the following days he realised that it was tougher to take out the nails as it was being neutral. He managed to do it, over a period of time and overjoyed he told his father that he could do it.
Then his father took him to the fence and said.. Look at the fence it will never be the same, these holes can never be filled up. If anger can do this to a fence.... What can it do to a soft heart.... can it ever heal?
