I am Nokturnal Funk a Coast Salish native. My name is SE'KOKELTUN - government name: Tyson Joseph.

I have the dearest passion and respect for music. I first got behind the decks at the age of 12 years old and started producing shortly after.
 
I have never known a life without great passion for music and the sound frequency spectrum. My mother intuitively knew from the minute I was born that I would be intrigued with sound. She taught me how to play the piano when I was 10 but she passed away shortly after. I always carry the talent she gave me forward. I promised both my mom and myself that I would do something huge with my passion and that I would use my talent to give back to the world. I am certain one day I will be able to support First Nations ceremonial homes, struggling Bands across Canada, environmental protection, and outreach programs.

What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve!
