A slow / medium pace mix for treadmill / climber / brisk walking.  Long warm ups and cool downs included.  Intensity (mostly) follows a bell curve.

Need some light cardio but don't want to break your ass?  Then this mix is for you.

(There are a few errors in this playlist.  SoundCloud doesn't allow tracks to be moved, reordered, deleted or edited after being added because.... that would, you know, make sense.  I'd trim any long silence between tracks if it would let me.  Skip any tracks that break your pace.)
