Anahi Rayen Mariluan is a singer-songwriter born in Patagonia, Argentina. Her work lies in the philosophy of understanding music from the expressive integrity that is linked to the history of each nation. Her sonic quest follows ancient songs and drumming traditions, taking us on an ancestral journey through nations and cultures.

Traveler-at-heart, young newcomer David Mears combines the past and the modern, mixing traditional soundscapes and beats in a spiritual journey through time and spaces. Based in Paris but also Germany through the UrbanCosmonaut Radio crew, his live performances can be compared as a story-telling experience, as the artist focuses on the narrative impact of his sound and visual elements.

Praah -productor y lutier franco colombiano- en colaboración con Festival Nómade más ocho artistas europeos y latinoamericanos, han dado forma a “Chamada”, un EP de remixes del single del mismo nombre. Esta canción fue producida por Praah con la intención de unir varios continentes, integrando idiófonos (Sanza) por la parte africana, aerófonos japoneses (Hotchiku) y flautas y ocarinas por la parte de americana precolombina. 

“Chamada Remixes” avanza desde un sonido orgánico y suave, muy profundo, adquiriendo tintes electrónicos pulidos y progresivos. Evoluciona de manera natural, logrando generar nuevas texturas, gracias a las versiones de productores amigos con búsquedas sonoras complementarias. 

Así comienza a tomar forma concreta una familia musical fundada en el intercambio, el rescate y el downtempo. Chamada Remixes es la primera producción de una serie de trabajos colectivos que ya están empezando a gestarse y serán liberados de manera gratuita.

@SteffenKirchhoff is German, but his music is very Latin American. It’s a downtempo sound with organic and spiritual elements. His compositions highlight shamanic drums, sacred songs, and sounds salvaged from nature. For more than a year, Steffen has remained quiet, only to be reborn in 2016 with greater depth in his live DJ set.

Steffan explores freedom and personal challenges from his nomadic lifestyle. He confides in his musical quest and in his intuition which have both led him to travel, meet, and share with many artists. Currently he works alongside shamans and guides who help support him through different therapeutic workshops and healing rituals.

Steffen kirchhoff es alemán pero su música lo hace latinoamericano. Un sonido downtempo con elementos orgánicos y espirituales. En sus composiciones resaltan tambores chamánicos, cantos sagrados y sonidos rescatados de la naturaleza. Durante más de un año se mantuvo en silencio, para renacer este 2016 con un nuevo nivel de profundidad tanto en su formato Dj-Set como Live.

Steffen explora la libertad y los desafíos propios del estilo de vida nómade, aferrándose a su búsqueda sonora y su intuición, lo que lo ha llevado a viajar, conocer y compartir con diferentes artistas. Actualmente trabaja en conjunto con chamanes y sanadores, apoyándolos con su sonido en diferentes talleres curativos y rituales de sanación.

Para el resto que estamos leyendo esto y queriendo estar en ese lugar de inmenso poder. Hemos programado especialmente para hoy un nuevo release para que así también nos conectemos sin importar el lugar físico que estemos.
