This is a set that I recorded recently playing the jungle of Tulum next to a beautiful and sacred cenote in the day with my beautiful friends and family dancing and connecting to the nature and spirit of the land.

A few weeks ago I had the honor & PLEASURE to initiate a new vision and project into the Berlin-o-sphere:  Djing the first Flow Dance | Women's Ecstatic Dance--in the epic Genezareth Church—hosted by a visionary krew of EPIC women that have been feeling a void, and are now filling it with tsunamis of SOUL JUICE and purpose.

This was FAR beyond being a “nice” event hosted by women for women:  this was a declaration of female bodies unapologetically taking in their space, a portal of liberation (recognizing & not bypassing our privileges to dance and move so freely), and it was like we were all collectively drinking a cup of sweet nectar after being in the desert-of-modernity:  our hungry/thirsty bodies were SOAKING up this nourishment & empowerment, clearly revealing how NEEDED such spaces are for the female-bodied, and what a LACK there actually is.

I've been pondering the subtle (and not so subtle) undertones of misogyny that penetrates most aspects of the dominant structures found in our world (that either objectifies or suppresses female bodies, not to mention the suppression of feminine/cyclical nature of all living-sentient-beings)....I've also encountered a LOT of unconscious patterns within the  “conscious-scene” as a female DJ over the years (territorialism competition, entitlement, extraction-based-lack-of-relationality), so this co-creation with these fabulous creatrixes was TRUE NECTAR for my sensitive-rebel-hearted-artist-soul...FULL SUPPORT!

Born into the Indian wisdom traditions of yoga, Sanskrit and meditation hr work is rooted in these traditions. A Londoner by birth and upbringing she is focused on addressing the issues of contemporary global society.
Her work as a dancer and a coach have featured on TV and media across the world. In 2018 she was chosen by Channel 4 to be the coach and spiritual guide on their reality show ‘Seven Year Switch’. 

She has an online School ‘Lipstick and Enlightenment’ which offers guided meditations and courses for spiritual people to live a fulfilling life in the real world.

This meditation seeks to neutralise any limitations coming from the mind and also the bloodlines to you experiencing a more complete and fulfilling experience of the eternal flow of Universal Abundance. 

1. Call one thought or idea that gets in the way of your abundance such as: I do not feel I deserve total abundance or I am not worthy of abundance, or I am not smart enough or capable enough or strong enough to generate abundance, or I am not the right class or gender or race, or there is only so much to go around, or my abundance detracts from that of others, or abundance comes and goes – mostly it goes. Surrender this to the Solar Grid. Transform this thought into a more expansive thought.  

2. Call on the energy of the Motherline. Invoke any energy, story or agreement that gets in the way of your abundance. Any trauma, heartbreak or loss. Surrender to the Solar Grid. Expand the potential light you can allow in thru the Crystalline Grid. Allow a more abundant energy from the motherline, even if you have to go back many generations to connect with that! Then repeat for the Fatherline. 

3. Focus on the Unlimited Abundance of the Universe. You can open to an abundance of… whatever you want (connection, friendship, money, opportunities, achievement, success).  Notice a great expansion in the light you can hold. Imagine each cell in the body opening like a mini-sun, drinking light from the Universal Source of abundance.
