Hey everyone! Currently still in a bit of beat block and been handling some IRL things (going to be a dad again soon haha) but was listening to some of my old stuff and wanted to share some beats I believe deserve some spotlight. 

These beats weren't the best and has always been in the vault but hope you enjoy! New music coming soon whenever this block blows over.

"കരടി" (in english alphabet "Karadi") is the second collaborative EP by the NomBear Beats collective, comprised of producers s l o w v i b e s and Mr. NomBear.

"കരടി" in our mother tongue Malayalam translates to "brown bear." It is also the name of an audio book character we listened to everyday as kids: on car rides to and from school, or even on the old boombox before going to sleep, we would listen as he explained life lessons through stories from Hindu mythology and Indian folk tales. 

As NomBear Beats, a lot of our identity can be derived from this one word and it's meaning- our heritage, our moniker, and most of all our goal as producers: to provide a glimpse towards our own experience as artists, creatives, and as individuals.
