Just Smash

The Nomineez originally came together in the winter of 2008 after Joe Gus met Magic Notes at a Beat Battle being held at Georgia Tech. They networked together and eventually began the Nomineez as a production team. Over the next couple of years, the team expanded to four producers; however, dwindled back down to two producers at the end of 2009. Gus and Notes continued to grind and produce for many independent artists and even placed some beats into Fox Sports Music Library. While looking for more artists, Gus ran into Faith C at an event for their respective Fraternity and Sorority. They had previously known each other but had never had the opportunity to work on any music together. After finally getting into the studio together, the chemistry between the Nomineez production and Faith’s lyrics was very evident from the beginning. Two completed songs later, Gus, Notes, and Faith decided to join forces and make the Nomineez a production and writing team. In 2010, the Nomineez Music Group was established to bring creative and superior beats and lyrics to the world. The rest of the story is yet to be told…
