This album is a global effort to connect the different tribes and scenes around the world to come to a more openminded and sustainable human society.

For easter 2021 ( on 4/4 this year) we release this new compilation with the best in tribal bass music as a dedication to the group and the entire scene and a way to cross international boundaries and bring together the world in a year of reconnection.

Tribal Bass is a mixture of genres ranging from styles using idm-ish breakbeats and fusion trip-hop over ethnic instrumentals, global trap to psy-dub, experimental bass and glitch-hop. It is known as a danceable downtempo style for psy-heads and nu-school hippies and is usually plaid at chill out or second stage areas in European psychedelic festivals, but it also hits the main stages in US, AU, NZ and Can. 'Cuneiform Chronicle' by @sikadaofficial & @byzantine-time-machine is a collaboration exploring ancient Anatolian and Mesopotamian grooves merged with neuro dub basslines. All instruments recorded by Byzantine Time Machine and Sikada.

Phewa Dawn is an initiative in partnership with Skate Nepal to redesign and renovate Phewa Skatepark, the only functioning skate park in Nepal. Over 50 musicians have taken part in this project, collaborating with each other to create a variety of organic and/or tribal-influenced electronic music.
