Like a phoenix from the ashes, or Ukrainian culture after centuries of demolition, the Kyiv based label Noneside Records is experiencing its revival and rebirth. After all, «Nothing will stop an idea whose time has come» - these words of chief Stepan Bandera make it clear to everyone: if you really burn with sincere emotion for your dream - no difficulties will stop you on the way to its realization.

Five unique tracks from Slava Los, Yevhenii Loi, Lostlojic, Luschn and aqua. - is a tech house with elements of trance with soul and passion from musicians who write music despite the war. Visualization of the whole action on the record is the picture «The hug» by the Lviv artist Oles Derega.

Slava Los makes his debut on vinyl with the beautiful track «Snus» - old school trance in the best traditions. The author now defends the borders in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, so he decided to fulfill his old dream about the vinyl. Yevgeny Loi is also currently in the military, but this did not prevent him from making a new version of «Bounce» - a trance for a slow, erotic dance mood. Lostlojic, who is also the art director of the project, recalls the important message of «Send Me F16» in the uncompromising track of the same name, or rather in its VIP version created especially for the release. Known to vinyl collectors for releases on Deeptrax and Infinite Pleasure. Luschn, a Kyiv legend and mega productive musician, known to tech house maniacs for his releases on Vector.Kyiv and Noneside, invites you to have fun and crazy dances with friends to his rehearsed «Ostinato Transdanz». Newbie aqua. has a unique recognizable style, where the rhythm is constantly changing in each track, nostalgic for the favorite place of childhood - near the Hydroelectric Station in Zaporizhzhia, crazy beats and steppe motifs in the track «H.E.S.».

"So, what exactly did you use out there in the desert during that festival, and how often?" she asked.

"Well, truth be told, more than two-thirds of the folks there didn't bring much. The natural surroundings and whatever artform people did bring along were plenty to send you on a journey," I replied.

That morning, I simply packed my DJ backpack with an array of records influenced by psychedelia. I grabbed tunes from various genres, from 90s and 2000s pretenders like Tim Love Lee, Pepe Deluxe, Asteroid Galaxy Tour, and Love TKO to hip-hop experiments by General Electric, Backini, and Beastie Boys, and even some slightly more mainstream picks like Royksopp or legends like Freddy Fresh. With no time for proper preparation, I found myself improvising in the studio, envisioning the most energetic crowd I'd ever seen, dancing away in the twilight, even though it was only 11 AM.

As I transitioned from adolescence to young adulthood, I noticed a significant shift in musical tastes. The Beatles overtaking The Rolling Stones in the 1970s marked a turning point for me, leading me away from hard rock and into the realm of Mahavishnu Orchestra and Grateful Dead. Later, as I delved deeper into the music scene professionally, I became aware of the significant contributions made by Eastern Europe to psychedelic music. However, I couldn't help but notice that the bold and experimental studio endeavors of that era seemed to have faded into obscurity.

This mixtape serves as a journey through the world of quirky synthesizers, mutated guitars, oversaturated basslines, and drums dusted with sand, evoking a deep thirst for new creative outlets. Psychedelia was that source of innovation, and while its prominence may have dimmed, there are still places on this Earth where one can experience its timeless allure or simply surrender to its transcendent currents.

he record label Gladio Operations (@user-816052883) launches its second release onto the market after the recognition of its debut EP Flight to Anywhere released in June. 
War to The Future gives its name to the first series of various artists from the label, which includes four electro cuts, exclusively orientated for the dance floor.

The EP opens with a producer from Barcelona Univac, who after releasing Chernobyl tracks on the Dutch label Moustache Records, gifts us with Station Cero, a powerful, devastating track resonating with industrial sounds. The second track titled Poison, bears the signature of the Ukrainian artist @Lectromagnetique, a track loaded with excellent dark and enigmatic sounds. The owners of the Gladio Operations label, UHF, open side B with Unexplained Situation, a vertiginous journey wrapped in rich and deep psychedelic textures. 
With releases on well renowned labels such as Bass Agenda and Bunker Records, the Serbian producer Alavux closes the EP with Sunset, a fantastic track with an aggressive bass line and significant and repetitive sequences.
