Last time we had a collaborative release from Dissolved and Nonima was on 2015's "Dissemination Fall" - however the duo have occasionally remixed or collaborated on projects in the years following. "Teichopsia EP" is four self-contained tracks culled from a handful of new material produced over 2022/23 and promises more to come from the project.

Combat Recordings teams up with Opal Tapes to release Mick Harris, with this 5 track EP of tar-black, bass heavy sonic violence. This EP features 5 reworks of “Salford Priors”, one of the heaviest tracks from his return-to-form album “Over Depth”, the first by Mick Harris himself, and 4 more by his longtime collaborators in the production guises of Fausten, Stormfield, Monster X and Scald Process.

The EP begins with an apocalyptic, dubbed out violent reworked by the man himself, creeping in with a cold, calm eerie drone that quickly goes from zero to 100%, blasting into a full force attack of artillery percussion and strafing, shrapnel textures atop the landmine subs and characteristic Harris snarling mono-bass. A calm, desolate atmosphere permeates the barrage, giving an odd stillness to the rhythmic violence.

Released jointly by Opal Tapes and Combat Recordings. Mastered and cut loud for club DJ use.

After a bit of a break since IS.VI comes the next installment in our series of free compilations, ISVII, showcasing an international roster of existing Acre artists and welcoming new ones. We have been overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and generosity of producers from across Europe, the UK, North America and the Middle East. Once again we showcase some of the finest sounds spanning various strains of IDM, electro, techno, breakcore, industrial, hardcore and drone. 

The download includes a mix of the tracks.
