all effort diminishes
with methods of metaphysicists

flow and venture

you're instrinsically connected
and interdependent

the entirety of the

as linear progression,
yet everything that has ever been
and will ever be
exists in this second
i am as much my body
as i am the glistening heavens

not anythings 
an exception

i am beginningless deathless
for nothing arises from nothingness
its our misconceptions
which give life to sufferance
but if you can witness the perfection
in whats otherwise
sighted as ugliness
transcedance
will likely become of it

for you cant have progress without 
a little regress
gnosis can only be aroused
through impedence 
i am both the ocean of the Tao
and yet being swept
frozen in the now
yet this moment is endowed 
with ceaselessness
im totally in its power
yet at peace with it
lonely, 
yet there no 'other' to be found
so thats meaningless
if only i could amount
to my pre-existing completeness
for then i would be crowned
by my defects
down to be a reject
and cloud my own genious
and no longer resist
the resistance
but be with 
the seas rhythms
and see with
its deep wisdom
be conditionless
amidst the limits
cease the infinite
in every minute

well egolessness only exists
in comparison to arrogance
once you see that you dont know shit
your developing actual intelligence
for if you're an expert
on your experience
your concepts blur
its appearances
which prevents observing it
as it really is.

so that karmic weeds
get pulled from your gardens

Well I’ve been deceiving myself,
I need to break free from this shell,
And the beliefs that be keeping me veiled,
Cos I’ve been too proud, to speak how I’ve felt,
and too afraid to reach out for help,
but deep down it’s hell, -
in a sea, and I’m being kicked round the swell,

of my inner critics tales,

though it ain’t helping playing helpless victim, (Nah)
cos there comes a point where the pain is self-inflicted,
and it’s a choice to stay in or break from this sickness,
and it’s shameful to be witnessed in this,
but I can’t sustain faking how I’m feeling, breaking down kneeling,
it’s crazy as hell but somehow it’s the only way I’ve found healing,
like a cloud building and dousing rain,
just to release some of the compounded weight,

I’m just grasping at straws of identity, that crumble to dust when I force them on me,

holding on to masks that I’ve worn for the last quarter century,

but catharsis calls with a remedy,
for I am far more than anything that can be drawn conceptually,

and so I let it be,

going through hell despite my decent appearance,
in pieces in spirit,
not knowing myself for even a minute,
a ghost in a shell,
easily triggered,
my inner demons are mirrored
by the people I visit,

so in self-denial and hatred,
I shut myself in isolation,
tidal waving,
forming, peaking and crashing,
and constantly repeating this pattern,
for the trauma that caused it,
is too deep to be examined,
I’m increasingly contractin,
gotta shed these negative beliefs and put repeated practise,
of self-compassion in its absence.
