Having started to spin Hip-Hop records in his hometown Frankfurt / Main Christopher finally ended up in Berlin. His 'Mirrors' EP on Katermukke and 'Akumal' on Laut & Luise, where released
to wide acclaim and already show his versatility and finesse. His remixes and co-productions for instance with Nu and Acid Pauli does confirm his musical pedigree and make us eagerly await all the marvelous things yet to come from this fledging artist.

Since 1980 the sisters  Ileana, Iulia, Valentina, Romela si Maria Osoianu have been recognized as the 'five twin voices' who promoted and continue to promote the value and authenticity of our folklore, at home and abroad. All that is called tradition and represents a national treasure.
Mentol, originally from Brasov, took those magnificent Romanian elements and combined them with the nowadays tech-house sounds, creating a so called 'can't sit down on the dance floor'. All this came with the desire to promote the authentic Romanian folklore above all.
