A project that all started off as a basic Instagram video by Sarah a few years ago. 

Fast forward to 2022-2023, I found her video and noticed that it fits perfectly into this project that I had been arranging. 

So I (with her permission of course) ripped the track off of her Instagram, extracted the acapella and included it into my project.... IT WAS MEANT TO BE! 

Et Voila! "IMPROVISED" was born! 

IMPROVISED - The perfect title for this project because its exactly what it says on the tin 100% improvised.
