Swiss label @Strecke Records pluck the almost-unreleased Bern-based musician @NoriaLilt from relative anonymity and quite rightly thrust her music into the limelight with her debut full-length, 'The Insiders of the In​-​Between'.

Heavily influenced by dance music and rave culture, Noria Lilt’s production process nevertheless tends towards acousmatic, experimental music and sound design. This EP presents the different corners of her artistic universe, in a 12’’ format as suitable for DJs as for home listening.
The duo @atricemiras and the producer & DJ @jockey_jay are also delivering two massive dubstep and stepper-influenced remixes!

Noria Lilt

The wait is finally over and we are beyond thrilled to have our next artist on the series; enter Noria Lilt (*1994, Fribourg, Switzerland). She has been immersed in a musical and cultural environment since her earliest years. Growing up in a musician family and first training as a multimedia designer, she later graduated from the Bern University of the Arts with a Bachelor of Sound Arts.

Heavily influenced by dance music and rave culture, Noria Lilt combines a bursting mix of the most heterogeneous electronic inspirations. From clubs to art centers and other live scenes, her practice oscillates between djing, live, composition and production, audiovisual installations, and multichannel pieces. Her production and composition process tends towards acousmatic and experimental music, with a delicate and unique sound design.
All of these experiences and carefully weighted nuances are on display on her brilliant debut EP “The Insiders of the In-Between” including remixes by MSJY and Atrice on strecke records. 

TRNSTN RADIO co-founder, Kapitel Bollwerk resident DJ, SMEM coordinator: she is an important figure and an active member of Switzerland's cultural, nightlife, and musical scenes. In all her facets, she presents powerful messages and we are ecstatic to find out what is next on her journey.

Heavily influenced by dance music and rave culture, Noria puts together a bursting mix of the most heterogeneous electronic inspirations in her mixes. From clubs to art centers and other live scenes, her practice oscillates between DJing, live, composition and production, audiovisual installations, and multichannel pieces. Her production and composition process tends towards acousmatic and experimental music, with a delicate and unique sound design. 2 years after the minimalist Cold EP (STR003), Karim aka Septentrio
delivers a little Baby Banger. Initially planned for a future album, the
Hardcore Continuum track is finally destined to live by itself without
going through the LP stage. Accompanied by 7 remixes produced by
artists close to the label, the original track of Septentrio injects a good
bunch of 90s rave into a body of destructured rhythms with dub influences.
It’s catchy and it feels good!
STR011 acts as small panorama of the strecke family
featuring Noria Lilt (TRNSTN Radio, Ivoria), Yatoni (upcoming
STR012), Softy (STR006), DJ PG, Ukko (his first track ever
