Kyrie Eleison (Creator of Life, awaken compassion within us)

Composed by Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179), this song uses the city of Jerusalem as a symbol of Christ Consciousness, and the gems adorning it are the souls of those following Spirit.  Hildegard felt St. Rupert as a spiritual presence, especially as she moved out of the traditional relationship women had within the church and into her own power, with much more autonomy. I particularly love her pointing out that true spiritual expression can never be hidden by mediocrity, just as a mountain can never be hidden by a valley.

O Jerusalem, golden city,
  robed in royal purple;
O edifice of highest excellence,
  you are a light never darkened.

You are adorned in the dawn
  and in the heat of the sun.

O blessed childhood
  which gleams in the dawn,
  and fair youth,
  aflame in the sun.

For you, O noble Rupert,
  glitter in these like a gem.

The 3 Beauties Create a Sacred Sphere

A channeled healing song from the Hathors with voice and Tibetan Singing Bowl. Before I began this recording session, I asked my Hathor guide, Atamira, to sing through me, and express a quality of Grace. Listening to it afterwards, I asked Atamira why the song seemed to begin without this sense of Grace, but ended with it. A pulsation of energy came over my body, and as I sat quietly, an understanding welled up within me. "This song is a journey, because if you don't know the way, how can you arrive there?"

As I psychic, I am aware that the low chakras of our bodies are just as sensitive and empathic as our head and heart chakras. But we don’t recognize when information is coming into our bodies through these low chakras. Especially into our first, second and navel chakra.  Because of this, we end up trying to process energies from the world. We pick up energies from places we have walked through (like a shopping mall) and people we email with, talk about, and have been around. Unlike energies that interact with our upper chakras, these energies come into our low body and lower chakras in a way that we can’t really make sense of them.&nbsp;  As our brain receives neurological input from our low body and lower chakras that ‘something’ is happening, it has no context to process the information. Nothing is actually happening to you in the physical world.&nbsp; So the mind draws from our past. We are reminded of similar experiences we have gone through, and beliefs related to those experiences. The emotional and mental energies around our own experiences envelope the energies entering into our low body and low chakras. When we feel into our low body, we believe that this newly acquired energy must be our own energy (and experience) because it is encased within our own energies.&nbsp; In order to fully take it into ourselves, we append it to a story we have written about ourselves.&nbsp;  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ‘Because I was never seen as valuable’ &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ‘Because I was never pretty enough’ &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ‘Because I always piss people off in a certain way when I am who I am’  In this way we take into our bodies energies that don’t belong to us, we wrap our own energies around them, and then we feel responsible to somehow heal or fix them. Here is a meditation to clear energies, especially from your low body and lower chakras, that you have taken on.&nbsp; As they leave, the issues that are truly yours to address and heal will be revealed.
