After Winter comes the busy spring season, and with it, new plans were put into place. The Fat Controller decided to create a system that would help the mail be more efficient, but Percy doesn’t want to humor the idea of a nonstop “express” mail train. 
A fun Thomas and Friends episode idea I worked up. This works Percy’s Theme into Duck and Stepney’s Adventure Theme, while also adding a bit of the Post Train Theme into it, too. Hope you enjoy!

Today is this episode's 15th anniversary!  I've been wanting to do this theme for a while now as it's a great theme and it's at a lower pitch than the other variants of this theme.  Thankfully it came out very clean thanks to a video on TSUMIKI MINIWA's channel which had some important portions of the theme in good clean stereo quality (you can watch that video here: https://goo.gl/f7ZF1d).
