 Minister of Music, Composer, Singer, Songwriter,  Arranger, and Producer.
 
Whether singing, playing the piano, writing, teaching, or directing, Norris’ love and vigor for the Lord is evident in his music ministry. His music reflects his personal relationship with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

Born in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, to the late Mr. James and Olivia Garner, Norris started developing his musical gifts over 30 years ago.  While a teenager in Washington, D.C., Norris began writing songs and ministering through music in church choirs. Independently, he studied and composed gospel music.  

Using his God given gifts and talents, Norris has composed over two hundred gospel songs for church choirs, Male Choruses, and Soloists.  Annually, he conducted choir workshops in the USA and Europe. Norris has recorded and produced many of his songs for today’s church, which has given him a national profile as well as a reputation for quality and excellence in Music Ministry.  
Norris has shown faithfulness and is inspired by the Holy Word written in 1 Samuel 16:23 that music   anointed by God has power to bring forth spiritual deliverance.
