PREMIERE: GLKS1 - Alternate A By Aiôn Lazura [Indefinite Pitch]

The Italian Techno Dj and producer Dorian Gray Is the mind behind our eighth delivery of Northallsen Podcast.  After his acclaimed Nyctophilia EP released on Android muziq in 2015, Dorian’s work appeared on international active imprints such as Circular LTD, Illegal Alien, Northallsen Records, Black string records and Lost in ether to name a few. He has now gained a well deserved reputation in the scene as his tracks are constantly charted by well established artists such as Cio d’or, Luke slater or Ben Klock, and were played more than once at Techno temples like Tresor or Berghain. Production work aside, Dorian firmly states that his first love is DJing where he continues to push forward, spreading his word in several gigs across Europe including the legendary Tresor and the infamous Jaded in London. His progressively built sets oscillates between deep Techno and more club-oriented and hard-hitting sonorities.

Alan Backdrop is the brilliant mind behind our new Northallsen Podcast Episode.

Alan Backdrop, has been alluring his listeners through his productions characterized with deep atmospheres and a mixture of different genres. Simply put, Alan’s fascination is a reflection of his passion for electronic music and inspiration he gets from the world around.

He is the kind of producer that certainly enjoys his studio jam sessions—this is the reason why he spends most of the time in his studio tweaking knobs on synthesizers, recording and experimenting with the aim to capture and create his exceptional sound.

Alan Backdrop released his debut album, VR Plan, in 2013 on Prologue, an album that includes some of his pioneering tracks, such as “Cherber,” “Medel,” and “Siere.” Shortly, he managed to create his second album, Eria, released in 2014 on Ekar Records, label and platform with which he has a long-lasting relationship and where he released a big part of his discography. He recently joined Mental Modern and Semantica Records where he kicked out some 12".

Alessio's side project is a_000, born from the unprompted come across of him and Enrico Rlt, which resulted in the creation of "Road to Nauta", the very first wax from Ekar Records and "Ness Reworks 001", a 12" containing two original tracks plus two remixes from the label founder and friend Ness.

In addition to spending most of the time in his studio, Alan Backdrop performs in various festivals—the latest in which he performed were Modem Festival and Parallel— and in different clubs and musical events. Fascinated by electronic music and concentrated in the realization of atmospheric musical journeys is the best way to describe Alan Backdrop.

Scøpe is a Korean techno producer and DJ, runs a SCOPÁVIK podcast and he is holding a regular party called SCOPÁVIK in Vurt Club. In 2018, Scøpe started running SCOPÁVIK record label. Since his debut EP in 2014, he has been constantly showing his own sizzling and layered sounds from his every released EPs and remixes from artists such a Svreca, Refracted, Acronym among others. Northallsen Podcast 018 - Scøpe

Bosnia-born,  Sev Dah is the astonishing mind behind our new Northallsen Podcast.

Berlin, Detroit, Birmingham and, of course, Sarajevo.
Bosnian-built and -bred Sev Dah may be a Swedish expat, but the Balkan blackness clings strongly to the bleak percussions and rigidly uneasy synthetics that unwillingly fuse into his strongly individual take on techno. Authentically purveying the pulsations of the nakedly throbbing and ugly world, far away from Starbucks and H&M.

Signed to respected labels such as Random Island, Mote-Evolver, Komisch and Frozen Border sublabel Naked Index he quickly gnawed his way into the scene’s core of DJs and producers. Sev is even managing new projects on his own label Proletarijat since 2016. Like a rabid mongrel, since 1998 he has been chewing and belching new bastard beats that are aching to scream out. Consequently there’s a steaming and steady stream of vinyl releases coming.

With influences ranging from Stigmata and Mills to Master Reese and Petar Dundov, Sev Dah is a versatile but headstrong DJ that can gently ease a thumb in at midnight or fervently thrust it down the hatch at peak time.

From Berlin, Germany, Denise Rabe is the wonderful mind behind our our new Northallsen Podcast.

Denise is a pragmatic grounded artist with a clear vision. Her passion for music has led her to be involved in the scene on many levels; whether it has been as a booker for Berlin venue Ipse; a radio show host for the city’s Sweatlodge channel or a club promoter for her own night HIDE and SEEK at “Humboldthain”.
her first 12” on German imprint Mutewax in 2015. A solo EP on Arts sub label Arts Collective quickly succeeded her debut the same year, leading up to the label publishing her third release in 2017. This is also the year Denise actualized her own eponymous label Rabe. September 2019 she announced her EP „Manifesto“ on the well established label Stroboscopic Artefacts.

Rabe the label, just like its founder, is all about techno. So far, three hyper modern brutalist sounding 12-inches from Denise herself has seen the light of day. Rabe’s productions are frantic yet deep industrial adventures, all carrying a hefty gothic presence. Her talent has not only caught the ears of eager fans, but also of recognized producers such as Rrose and Shxcxchcxsh, who both have contributed remixes for the artist.
