Northbound Shift is a two piece electronic band that are based in Melbourne. Having cut their teeth on the signature sounds of Aotearoa which is home to the two South Taranaki locals, they have formulated a unique sound that fuses Soul, Hip hop, dub and electronica resulting in a sick blend that fully embodies the native sounds of their environment. Overall the fusion of Johnny's vocals over a clean and steady beat and Caleb's bass lines and synthy licks create an amazing atmosphere that teleports instantly to another imaginary time and place.
